Crazy, Wise and Fair

That’s how you’d like your client to be, right? Crazy enough to accept the new product you brought on the shelf. Wise enough to use it and if you do something wrong keep it between him and you.

That’s also how you’d like you employee to be, right? Crazy enough to soar into incomprehensible things, but wise enough when he does so to apologize when he does something wrong.

That’s also how you’d like your business partner to be, right? Crazy enough to start a new adventure with you, but wise enough when you loose control and fair enough when you share your profit or bankruptcy.

Crazy, wise and fair!

And if the quantity for each quality would be 33,3% this would be perfect. But no one has the perfect combination, because people are made to work together and blend their missing pieces.
