How to Use Discipline to be More Creative

Do you want to have more time for doing what you like to do?

Solution: Create your own discipline system.

Here are 6 ideas you can practice starting today.

1. How does your to-do list look? Write every day in your agenda or Notes your to-do list. Everything you have to do that day.

2. Take care of your calendar. If you want to have more time and develop your creativity, then you’ll also take care of your calendar.

3. Create without thinking that you’ll publish. Not everything you create today must be published. So it’s good to have some backup for the less creative days.

4. Celebrate your success. After you’re done with all the tasks in the calendar, you can cut them off the list. Trust me, it provides you with an extraordinary feeling of happiness.

5. Start with small but safe steps. Better take 30 small safe steps than 2 big ones but in uncertainty.

6. Ask for someone’s help. Choose one friend or colleague that’s responsible and in front of whom, you can respond when they ask you about your work.

What do you do to have more creative time?
