How Often Do You Say No?

It’s a hard thing to say “NO” when you don’t know your priorities or others’ expectations from you.

Do you want to be productive?

Learn how to say NO.

But before saying NO, you ought to take the following steps.

Know your priorities very well. Set some realistic expectations for yourself.

Understand the context you live in.

Many times, we so often say YES because we don’t want to disappoint. We don’t want to seem arrogant. We don’t want to be rude.

When you say NO, you are only saying NO to one option.

When you say YES, you are saying NO to every other option.

James Clear

Learn how to say NO, but don’t forget to learn HOW you do it.

How often do you say NO?
